Is Sprint harassing you over a debt? Is Sprint placing robocalls to you or sending you unsolicited text messages?  You have rights under state and federal laws!  We will aggressively enforce the law to stop this harassment.  Not only will we stop the harassment, but you may be entitled to money damages, too.  Finally, you won’t have to pay us a dime for our services.  Keep reading to learn about your rights.

Sprint PCS is a U.S. telecommunications company; it’s one of the larger communication companies, offering wireless phone and internet service.  Sprint was founded in 1899, the first telephone company to go up against Bell; Sprint was also one of the first out of the gate to provide internet hosting.  Sprint sells service packages for landline phone service (domestic and international), cellular phone service, and internet service, inside fixed length contracts.

What happens, though, if you find yourself in financial difficulty and you cannot pay your Sprint bill? Well, you’re not alone.  If Sprint is contacting you to collect a debt, whether you owe it or not, Sprint must follow the law.  Sprint is not accredited by the Better Business Bureau, but the agency has received 787 on Sprint’s billing and payments department, in just the last year (and over 20,000 on Sprint’s products).

If Sprint has done anyone of the following, contact Mike Agruss Law, for a free case evaluation:

•           Called you after you told them to stop calling you.

•           Called you about a debt you do not owe.

•           Continued to call you after you have told the collector you cannot pay the debt.

•           Communicated (phone or letter) with you after you filed for bankruptcy.

•           Communicated (phone or letter) with you after you told the collector you have a lawyer.

•           Called you before 8:00 a.m. or after 9:00 p.m.

•           Called you at work after you told the collector you cannot receive such calls at work.

•           Left you a voicemail message without saying the company’s name.

•           Called third parties (family, friends, co-workers, or neighbors).

•           Threatened legal action against you.

•           Placed robocalls to you.

•           Sent you unsolicited text messages.

If Sprint has done any of the above, you may be entitled to money damages.  Plus, you won’t have to pay us a dime for our services.  Founding attorney, Michael Agruss, has settled over 1,500 debt collection harassment cases.  Now, we want to you help you, too.  Contact Mike Agruss Law, at 888-572-0176 for a free consultation.

I have a Sprint Bill on my credit due to them not canceling a SECOND line on a primary account when I cancelled my main account. The phone did not have service the entire time they tried to charge me for it so no phone calls were made. I called to explain that since the primary account had been canceled the additional line should have been cancelled as well. This prompted many different people on the phone and finally a "manager" who told me to "just pay the fucking bill". While I would love to have this off my credit report, I will carry it to the grave if I have to because I do not pay for services that are not given to me, and out of principle, I will not pay "the fucking bill" as he so eloquently put it.

Hi Christina, Please call me so we can discuss your problem with Sprint. I have settled over 1,500 debt collection harassment cases, and I think I can help you, too. Under the law, we can get the collector to stop harassing you, and get you money damages. Plus, the collector will be responsible for our attorney’s fees. You won’t owe us a dime for our services. Thanks, and I look forward to hearing from you. Michael S. Agruss - Mike Agruss Law 22 W. Hi, I have Sprint calling my sister in law various times throughout the day about a debt and she is getting tired of it. This is the account of my partner, her brother and we NEVER included her info on the account so I have no idea why they are calling HER but she is getting frustrated. She tells them to stop calling and they wont!

Hi Christina, I'm sorry to hear you are having such a hard time with Sprint. Based on my experience, original creditors, like Sprint, can be some of the most aggressive collectors. I will contact you so we can discuss this further. We can also take a look at your credit report to see if there's anything we can do to get Sprint to remove the negative mark on your report. Thanks, Mike.

Sprint manager in dec2015 said he would credit my daughter line out that was supposedly closed back in Oct or Sept? When I reported her phone stolen, I had the main line and hers was secondary on my account. They were supposed to close her account down months ago. Sprint said they needed to keep my daughters acct open two more days for billing then they would credit back the full month and zero it out and close the account out in good standing , I paid for my phones and paid ALL phone billsoff!

In February 2017 i recieved letters from Verizon and Sprint and a couple of Iphones has been purchased under my name. I made a policy report and called all credit bureaus. I then filed fraud with Sprint and Verizon. In March 2017 I recieved letters from both companies stating that I'm no longer liable due to fraud. As of today I am still recieving letters from dept collectors from Sprint behalf that I still owe Sprint $2,494.29. Debt collections from companies like ACS, CSI, and ERC. Each time asking to pay or send in my paperwork to reopen my fraud. I have sent paperwork but sprint collectors keep calling. I call the phone numbers on the form that I recieved and when I call, the caller ID shows "Sprint"

Sprint continues to harass me each month by using robocalls to tell me to pay my bill or my phone would be disconnected. I have called the company and asked them to stop doing this and it continues. I have always paid my bills and this is unnecessary and unwanted.

My bill was paid in full but I randomly received an email threatening me with a collection agency. Also, the bill was the wrong amount. When I contacted customer service, they seemed so casual about it. Now they’re calling me all day but I won’t pay them because I believe they’re scamming me out of an extra bill even though I switched right before my bill was going to renew.
