This company (aka Navient) keeps calling me on my cell phone regarding a Student Loan. I do not have a Student Loan with them, or anyone. I have never applied for a Student Loan. I have called them 5 times to have my number removed from their system. This has been going on for at least 3 months. It could be much longer, I don’t recall exactly when this started. When I call them to have my number  removed. they say they took care of it while I was on the phone with them, or that calls should stop in a couple of days. They still continue. My Missed Call log on my phone shows them calling (at least from 1 number (317-595-1244) on 11/12 at 8:09pm, 11/08 at 8:03am, 11/07 at 2:35pm, 11/06 at 1:30 pm. The list goes on. I show 13 missed calls from October 1st. And my missed calls are only from the time I have my phone on. I believe they are using multipul numbers in calling me. I am tired of this.
