I have three private student loans with Navient, they have send one my loan to collection agency without any advance settlement with me. I have been asking them for payment deferment till my completion of education that will be till May 2013. They are not cooporating at all, they ask to contact third party. I have also asked them to pull back from collection agency, but they are not ready to cooperate. They do not realize that I am a student at Richard Stockton College NJ and my graduation is in May 2013, they are after me and my cosiger. Every bank give relief to the student in so many ways but Sallie Mae is not willing to do.
