I\'ve been getting calls from financial asset management systems, and just wanted to see the best option moving forward. In not sure what the debt is for, as I haven\'t been able to answer the calls, as they call either when I am asleep, or at work.

Hi Ashe. If you are getting calls from Financial Asset Management System, you could possibly owe a debt. Do you know of any debts you could owe? If you want them to stop calling, you can send them a cease and desist letter and if they don't stop the calls, they may be violating your rights. Let's talk a bit more about this--give me a call at 888-572-0176. Thanks, Mike

FMAS keeps calling and leaving messages saying I owe a debt. Never heard of them before and I check my credit report regularly. No judgements or charge-off on my report. I want to know what they want.

Y'all keep calling and saying nothing, and then the call disconnects. Either call and have your say or remove me from your call list.

Hi Tonya. It isn't illegal for debt collectors to call your place of employment, but they must stop calling if you've informed them that you cannot receive calls there. Have you done so? You can also send a certified letter for them to cease and desist with the calls to you at your home as well. I can help you with this if you need assistance. Please give me a call at 312-224-4695. Thanks, Mike

Hi Jaime. Do you know of any debts you may have that they're attempting to collect on? Have they provided you with any proof this debt? I would suggest getting the debt in writing before you send any payments. You can also tell them to stop calling you. If they don't, you may have the right to get compensation under the law. I can help with all of this. If you need assistance, give me a call at 312-224-4695. Thanks, Mike

FMS continues to call my place of employment. I was forced to get my home number changed due to the constant calls. I just received another phone call at my place of work. I thought it was illegal for debt collectors to call your place of employment.

FAM keeps calling and saying they are calling for a debt that has been refiled on my insurance. I have actually called the doctor’s office to get them to rebill Cigna and gave them the reference number. This company has even represented themselves as a billing company, not a collection agency. I’ve spoken with Janice Courseman on multiple occasions, explained the situation, and she continues to call and say insurance has already been filed when it hasn’t. The doctor’s office billed my insurance company and was denied because they said I had insurance through a different carrier which was false. I’ve been with the same company for two years at the time. I called Cigna and corrected the issue and they just gave me a reference number to give to my doctor’s office so they could rebill them.
