Hi Tina. Receiving compensation isn't guaranteed, you would need to prove that the Aargon Agency is breaking the law in contacting you. One phone call does not constitute harassment, it would need to be considered repetitious to that point that it is annoying, abusive, or harassment. I have a debt with Bank of America and I would like to speak with someone to figure out a way to start paying that back.
Non-stop once every week I get a call. Tried to block the number however it is still able to leave a message which is annoying.
5 calls within the last couple months never leaves a message until the last call which was automated telling me to call the 866-999-6460 number I will respond faster to emails since I am at work most of the time and can't talk on the phone at work

Can't say they're harassing me just yet, as this is the first call I received from them. Feel free to contact me if this is worth pursuing. I'm a single mother of two and have recently gone through a bit of hardships, also know what it's like to have bs calls on your phone every 5 seconds, have even had my phone stolen and cloned or something (people were showing my number call them when I wouldn't be-people I didn't even know, very similar numbers to my own..odd) so would not hesitate to help stop people from receiving these bs calls, especially if I can make some mula.
