Aaron Bryant received debt collection issues

Aaron Bryant received debt collection from Copperfield (one of our vendors). Our emailed agreement w/ Copperfield was to apply any credit card payments to most recent purchases given Copperfield had trouble with accounting and we needed time to figure out what was legit and what wasn\'t. Copperfield used the credit card payments to actually pay off old purchases (not in accordance to emailed agreement) and we didn\'t pay on old balance given not in agreement in how to use credit card payments and we never had time to reconcile differences. Aaron Bryant got the balance (doubt it was accurate) and we gave Aaron Bryant our emailed agreement and said we don\'t recognize owing debt for those dates...yet Aaron Bryant continues to harass. we have already communicated multiples times on August 18, 2022 to not contact Harky’s Chimney or myself anymore given we do not recognize the amount being requested. Any future communication will be deemed harassment. Yet Aaron Bryant sent an email to Harky’s Chimney on April 11, 2023 and a voicemail to my personal cell yesterday, April 18, 2023. I have also stated any future contact in email in 2022 should be through Harkrider Law Firm, yet Aaron Bryant continues to contact Harky’s Chimney and myself.
