I had told them my insurance was retro-dated to cover my ER visit a couple years ago where a nurse cleaned a laceration on my cheek and the \"Dr\" some 20-30 year old guy put superglue on it, that was it. They\'re claiming I owed them over $2000 out of pocket when I\'ve been and still am on Medicaid..

I received a call from 1-844-280-6008 on 9-19-2019 @ 1:04 pm. The female said I owed money to Synchrony Bank and my account had been forwarded to her for collection. She said I made a payment in May 2018 with a balance of $1,700. She wanted to know why I stopped paying. I told her records were wrong and that I did not owe anything. I asked what address was showing in my account. She said she could not give me that information and that I needed to verify my address. I said that her call might be a scam. She did hang up. I checked with the Bank and in fact, I have a zero balance with my last payment in May 2018. The Bank Customer Service checked with her collections department and she told me the department said they did not call me. I asked if the Bank used a third party for collections and she said they did not. The first caller had my account information including home phone number. The number I listed on this complaint is my cell phone/work phone. Both numbers are listed with "Do not Call".

They have been calling me without saying a word for weeks.and Saturday morning they call at 9am while I'm still in my bed waking me up with an aggressive lady in the phone. I tell her she's been call all week and hanging up every time I answer and the call drops.
