Called and left a message with the Same BS Stated I would be served papers on fraudulent charges and they would show up Mon orTues nextvweek at my home or work and to call them immediately and refer to Case#:SW54722-29451. Never heard of being warned of papers being served LOL.

Phone # 833-844-2363 Called on 12-6-18 stating his name was Patrick Collins . Said i was being served papers on fraudulent charges and they would show up Mon ornTues nextvweek at my home or work and to call them immediately and refee to Case# SP29472-9917. I bever called them back. Saved the recording and blocked their number on my cell #.

The number 833-844-2363, which they say they are from AER&Associates, called me today saying they have a check fraud against me with my social, and that they are going to serve papers to me at my home or place of employment on Thursday or Friday. I don't even write checks, and haven't for 7 years. Can something be done about this harrassment, and stop them from doing this.

STATING I WAS GOING TO BE SERVED PAPERS WEDNESDAY OR FRIDAY.
THE NUMBER IS 833-844-2363. AND THEY HAD MY PERSONAL INFO WHICH I DONT UNDERTAND HOW THEY WAS ABLE TO GET THAT.. ANY HELP WITH THIS WOULD BE APPRECIATED . THANK YOU
