My parents received a phone message looking for me and giving your phone number. I am actually going to call right now!

Hi Trisha. I need to make a payment on a debt my son has with you.

Would be a 1000x more effective company if they left voicemails. I have difficulty keeping tracking of all my student loans, but I do not accept random numbers. If there is no voicemail left, I do not return the call. Why? Because if you want my money, the very least you can do is leave a damn voicemail. IT'S YOUR JOB. It's 2016. No one answers random numbers anymore. Adapt.

A credit company called Accounts Receivable keeps calling me for a debt I owe. They have called me at 6 in the morning, multiple times a day, leaving creeping blank voice mails. I am not sure what to due. Let me know if you can help!
