Would be a 1000x more effective company if they left voicemails. I have difficulty keeping tracking of all my student loans, but I do not accept random numbers. If there is no voicemail left, I do not return the call. Why? Because if you want my money, the very least you can do is leave a damn voicemail. IT'S YOUR JOB. It's 2016. No one answers random numbers anymore. Adapt.
