I was involved in an accident when I did not have insurance. I now owe $2,000 to a collections agency acting on behalf of the insurance. They said if I do not pay they will suspend my license.

Hello Eddie. This isn't surprising, debt collectors love to suggest that you find someone to give you money to pay your debts. You can make them stop calling you, though, and I would be happy to speak with you to discuss how. I will reach out and we can have a no-obligation, totally free consultation. Thanks, Mike

Hi Sheri. Your story is very similar to others I've heard and it isn't surprising that you're dealing with these frequent and annoying phone calls from AFNI. Fortunately, I have helped many consumers to deal with AFNI and other debt collectors and I'd be happy to speak with you about your options as well. Give me a call at 888 572 0176, but I will also reach out to you soon. Thanks, Mike

Hi Christy. If you are dealing with debt collection harassment, the law protects you. I will give you a call to discuss the FDCPA and your rights under this law. We can also discuss your options in dealing with these calls and determine if AFNI is violating your rights by threatening you. My initial consultation is free and you are under absolutely no obligation to use my services. You have nothing to lose and I look forward to speaking with you. Thanks, Mike

Hi Tristan. Do you know of any debts you may owe that AFNI is calling about? If you're not sure that the debt is legitimate, you can request a debt verification letter from them and I can help you to do this. I will give you a call and we can discuss this further. Thanks, Mike

Hi Gregory. If you want AFNI to stop calling, you certainly have that right. A cease and desist letter may be your best option and it will give you a paper trail should AFNI not honor your request. If you suspect that your rights are being violated, please feel free to contact my office at your earliest convenience. Thanks, Mike

Hi LaQuiesha. Debt collection calls are typically not something that the DNC registry covers. When you have a debt, it is considered a business contract and debt collectors are then permitted to call you to try and secure payment. However, you don't have to keep being bothered by these calls, you can make them stop. I am going to give you a call and we can discuss the law, your rights, and your options in dealing with debt collection calls. Thanks, Mike

I have asked at least 3x to not call me!! I continue to get calls including today!
Caller said I owe over $6000 for an accident where I was the one who was hit.
Will not stop calling! Doesn’t say anything upon answering & doesn’t leave voicemail. My number is on the DNC registry
This number wont stop calling. I dont answer the call.
I was in a car accident in September of 2019, the other parties insurance put me completely at fault due to the fact that I was coming from a stop sign. However I tried to content because their driver claimed he could not see multiple times and I even had to read something for him. I called his insurance during the duration of the claim multiple times ..and even asked that they send me documentation, which they never did, not once. Unfortunately during this time my insurance chose to rescind my policy due to a discrepancy made by my insurance broker regarding failure to update my address. Now This number +1 (866) 889-1617 has been calling me non-stop. They never speak when I answer or leave a voicemail. I recently sold my car because I just graduated and, I moved back home to New York. I had my mail forwarded and just received a letter from “AFNI” today for a collections amount of $10,001. (The letter was dated for January 3rd 2020) At no point did the other’s party’s insurance reach out to me regarding settle for payment or anything. I have not heard from them since I called hem trying to find out the status of my insurance claim. “AFNI” has been calling me aggressively on a daily basis for weeks. I have no money and no job. And no way to pay the money they claim I owe.
They are saying i owe 3000 and something
Harassing calls, saying at one point they are Bristol west insurance, other calls saying they are collection agency for Bristol west. Threatened to sue me and continue to harass me by phone unless I do pay!
This company is calling saying I owe them $2000 for an auto accident that I was in.. First saying that they are the insurance company called Bristol west. That I owe this money. Next call that they are a collection agency for Bristol west. There was several calls unanswered and several where no-one was on the line. I told them to stop calling and was threatened to pay or they will see me in court and will continue to call constantly until i do pay
This number is calling my father everyday. They call his cell phone (561-670-1211) and are pretty aggressive. My father is a senior citizen, I am his only caretaker and have reason to be concerned about these phone calls. This is effecting my job and I need to resolve this issue immediately. I can go further into detail about this at your request. Thank you. Gianna H.
I was involved in a car accident and this number keeps calling me and they wont answer any of my questions and wont stop calling.
keep calling me about accident with a car I had sold months before they claim to be allstate ins!
They keep trying to get me to pay them and asking me for card info or check or even going as far as trying to get my family to pay them when i say I have no money
They have been calling non stop.
I was involved in a motor vehicle accident that I was proven innocent and not guilty for. The court dismissed me of any costs for vehicle damages and I have the documents from the court proving it.
However this company AFNI keeps calling my phone and has called 3 times so far and left two messages. They're asking me for damages that I was deemed not responsible for. I have notice from the court as well.
