AGs keeps calling all my family members and harassing them

Ags is contacting me again. Threatening about serving papers and calling at all time of day repeatedly after already talking with them. They are calling friends and family talking about past details. Is there anything I can do to get them to stop?

I am being called repeatedly at my work. they are leaving messages on answering machines. I have asked them numerous times to remove the business number. They have called HR and left messages and threaten to continue to call and speak with someone higher up

Hello, I just came across your site trying to research who AGS is. They are harassing me and threatening to open a fraud case on me over a debt that has been paid over 5 years ago. I finally got a letter today from the original debt collector stating that the debt was paid in full but AGS even went as far as to tell me I paid the wrong person. I dont know who they are but they should not be allowed to continue doing this to people. Luckily I was able to find proof I paid it but 5 years later people dont usually have that paperwork.

ags debt collection is contacting my family and friends about a account that they have of mine with out reaching to me first. I have never heard from them before they are now reaching out to members of family and friends now. how can i proceed going forward.
