I had to unfortunately put myself in debt to make it to stay above water and now I find myself not even able to answer my phone and e-mail is flooded with debt collectors I don’t know what to do I can only pay when I can and I do but in mean time I am not sleeping dreading my phone to ring I think my phone ringer has been off for about five years now and I have missed important calls and calls form family in process of all this chaos

They call daily for the same name, a Netta, a name we've never heard of before. We tell them literally every day that there's no such person working here. They keep calling, and today the lady even said she would continue to call after I asked her three times not to call again.

These "people" keep calling my cell phone at 239-238-7531. Up to FOUR times a day. I finally answered and was told they would not discuss anything with me until I verify my identity. I do not do that on the phone....with anyone, especially when their calls start at 7:30AM and last until 9:PM at night. I finally answered, after I do not know how many days, and they refused to speak to me. Would not even tell me what company they were from. I had to block their number...is there anything else I can do? Gary

I just received a call at my office from Alliance One. Going back through my personal phone records I am seeing that they have been calling me at least once a day for awhile now. I had a Firestone card back in 2014 that ended up in collections due to some financial issues and I guess now they have my information, but I haven't received anything in the mail from Alliance One. I am not sure what to do. I am on a PC at work. I could speak with someone but not until after 5p when I am off. Sorry, I have to get back to work. But I received that call just now so I googled the number and this law firm was one of the links. I figured it didn't hurt to reach out!
