$129 and a 10-day shut-off notice? I have had no problem with any other utility service. 8am robocalls from 368-5867 for what? I’ve lived here for 20 years and occasionally miss a payment and make it up. Once I paid my balance in full and they turned my water off 2 days later. I then paid a ‘reconnection’ fee by itself because I was already up-to-date.

What is this harassment settlement for robocalls from American Water # 4123685867? I get these calls and do have a past due balance but my repayment schedule is paid up to date. I am just looking to understand what this is all about and if/how I may qualify to be a part of this. Thank you!

Getting a large amount of calls from American water, Dusq light, and people gas for past due. I am doing the best i can, over the last 6 months and i have shared this with all. My wife is fighting breast cancer. so we went from 2 incomes to 1 and i have missed alot of work with the ## of doc appt---but they keep calling and I keep make small payments to keep service. I have a job but i had to use all of my paid PTO and now when i miss it is unpaid!

I'm only 2 months behind on my bill and am already getting a 10 day shut off notice. Pa American water has already shut our water off back in April of this year and it was turned back on in late May, early June. I've experienced some legal issues with the city of pgh last year and had to pay off $1300.00 in fines. (Pay or go to jail,right? So I paid the city over 6 months having to pick and choose which bills to even pay. Which made my bills go higher) only the electric and gas companies worked with me.) I told this to PaAW and my other utility companies. Not one phone call from them letting me know I was behind last time and now. Just robocalls in the last few days from this number with no answer on the other side. Before it was turned off in April 18 we received a shut-off notice from them. When I called to inquire about it I was told to disregard the notice. Which we did because we had just paid the bill that month. Next thing we know we have no water and had to suffer for 2 months without it. We were charged by the borough's sewage company for usage during this time and we found out the sewage company had basically strong-armed PaAW into shutting it off, which we believe is connected to me not wanting to work for my former employer/landlord because I wanted to make some more money and not remain stuck under him. This goes into a bunch of other issues we think have impacted our lives here. (I bought water and used it to flush our toilet, to bathe, and wash dishes). They charged us for this! Now they're threatening to shut it off again. Again, no calls and not even a notice beforehand. I'm trying to catch up with every bill I have and have just found out my driving privileges have been revoked/suspended. Making it to where I can't do my job properly, or find side work or a 2nd job. This also makes it harder for my fiancé to get to class this upcoming August as I bought a reloadable bus pass for her. I have to use it now. Please, give me a call so I can discuss this further with you and clarify anything. I'm also being harassed by the local police. Thank You. I look forward to hearing from you!

This 412-368-5867 number has been calling my phone up to 10 x daily, sometimes back to back to back.
