If you don't have any debts, or you just want the calls to stop, you have the option to send them a cease and desist letter. The law protects consumers from frequent, harassing phone calls from debt collectors, so you can make the calls stop. Hi Nikolas. If the number that is calling you is 847 257 8326, or one of the other numbers listed, it is likely associated with Asset Recovery Solutions. They are debt collectors, do you know of any debts you may have? If you would like to figure out why they're calling you, you can request a debt validation letter from them. I've been getting a lot of calls from them under "Possible spam," but haven't gotten any voicemails or correspondence explaining what it's about.
