My law firm represents consumers like you and does not have an affiliation with Asset Recovery Solutions or any other debt collector, so we never contact you unless you have requested our services. Hi Ryan. Debt collectors are amazing at finding out contact information for someone, including work numbers. Fortunately, the law protects consumers from getting these types of calls at work. Hi Madeeha. If Asset Recovery Solutions is calling your sister about your debt, they are only permitted to request accurate contact information for you. They cannot continue to call your family and friends and they cannot divulge any information about your debt to them. Hi Klajdi. Do you owe a debt that Asset Recovery Solutions and Mitch Warren could be calling you about? If they are calling you at work and you cannot receive calls like this from a debt collector, you have the right to tell them to cease and desist. The best way to go about this is to send a certified letter which then gives you a paper trail in the event that they continue to call and violate your rights. Getting phone calls at my work - I have NEVER put my work information on anything, they must have searched me online. This is embarrassing and I can't receive calls like this at work.
