I have received several calls from a guy who rudely demands I call a phone number immediately. I finally called it and its a mediation company representing Assured Financial Partners. They claim they are trying to mediate and avoid my upcoming lawsuit for a credit card I had over 6 years ago in MN. She says I had a $400 past due credit card that now i owe over $1100 on plus $2500 for attorneys fees if I dont settle it with them because they are planning on taking me to court. They said they have been trying to get ahold of me at an address I lived at in MN over 6 years ago. I dont even live in MN anymore.
