Multiple times a day, I receive a call from the 302-255-8000 number. This is even after I have told them not to call me!

I had fraud charges on my account - paid what I had been paying - took them 5 months to readjust and are constantly telling me I owe them all the fees and late fees.

Hi! I had a credit card with Old Navy which transferred to Barclays in 2020 I believe. I was behind on payments due to the switch (I didn\'t pay attention to the notices about the bank swap so my auto payments were turned off & I didn\'t realize how behind I got). But, then in January 2023, I spoke with someone with Barclays bank who stated that if I set up a payment plan, I could pay off the remainder of that debt at around $400/month until it closed (I believe there would\'ve been 3 months of this until it was paid off). After those few payments, I started getting calls from Barclays again. I have had other debts I have focused on, so Barclays fell to the back seat as I thought it had already been taken care of. I went back through my email & my account information & I don\'t see any documentation of this 3 time payment that was offered to me to pay off my debt, so now I believe I am just even more behind. I figured I wouldn\'t have a leg to stand on to call them back & mention this situation, so I\'ve just avoided it, but now I\'m trying to figure out how I should handle this moving forward. I saw an advertisement for this service so I figured I would reach out to see if I could get any guidance & advice moving forward. Thank you!

Hi Sergei. That number is associated with Barclay Bank, do you have an account with them? If so, is the account behind/overdrawn? Let's talk more about the calls--reach out to me at 888 572 0176. Thanks, Mike

Hi Roger. The law protects you from calls at your place of employment, especially if you've told Barclay they cannot contact you there. I would be happy to speak with you about the law and your options in dealing with these types of scenarios and I will be in touch. Thanks, Mike

I have been called 2-8 times a day by Barclays. I currently can’t afford to pay them and they keep calling from different numbers.

My name Is Roger. I keep getting these calls from Barclay at my office and on my cell all through the day they don't leave a message other than the ending of an automated call I made arrangements with Barclay card a year ago to pay a certain amount every month for my card and now for some reason its not getting taken out and I get these calls all hours of the day at my job. I do have a debt with them and did work out a payment plan which Im guessing they ended without letting me know!
