back in 2019 I had a fraudulent loan taken out from pay pal, I went through the AG's office who assisted and did a full investigation and all activity stopped , Meagan Hill from the AG office said they were sending my file to the Marion County Prosecutor's office to have it reviewed for Intranet bank fraud . that was the last I heard there was no contact from Pay Pal , Synchrongy bank or any collection agency here we are now in 2022 and LLV funding purchased the debt for pennies on the dollar they have placed this on my credit after i sent copies of documentation a notorized copy of the FTC fraud affidavit the police cad number from when I first dealt with this mess back in 2019 when I was the victim this debt is fraud they have been told its fraud they were sent the appropriate documents. I would pay it if it were my bill i had a 800 credit score until they placed this on my credit and it dropped by 23 points. I received a validation letter and disputed it via certified mail and then was told they do not accept certified mail as a dispute that it has to be fa faxed . since when .
