I have been receiving consistent called from the listed phone number, and when answered I only get a robo-caller. If I do not answer when they call, they leave voicemails and/or call me again and again right after. This has gone on for a few weeks now and does not cease.

i got a dui a couple years ago been doing monthly payments but i have gotten a few more run ins from my local police department and have alreqdy accumulated 2000$ more dollars from a fishing ticket, skate boarding ticket, and a cigarette ticket . not only do i get harrased by my local police department for illegal petty fines i cannot pay or attempt to fight against in my local county i also get harrased by the CSB. So it's only day 9 of the month I have until the 31st to make my monthly payment of 75$ , the last 3 days they have called , twice today and i have been keeping my "debt" up to date . i dont know any other actions to take from these modern day pirates and total harrasment.

18 months ago...set up in Calistoga, CA..pulling out of a parking spot in a rented car...looking for headlights...driving 5 mph and inside yellow lines...pulled over.... than .o8 alcohol....thrown in jail for 6 hours...released to drive back to my motel approx 1/4 mile away....i hired an attorney....this is where my problems started...he could resolve case for $3,500....like a jackass i paid him...verdict comes back...California wants $965...i don't have it
