They called saying I was 3 months behind which I was not aware of. Said they were going to make a payment on the 25th and make an extension to move other 2 payments on the rear. Also have charged interest for non payments.

I\'m behind by 10 days. I get paid on Wednesday. I\'ve spoken to them several times yet they call as much as 10 times a day. I\'m getting quite irritated and would not have refinanced with them had I known this kind of harassment would occur over a few days.

I have an account with them I’m trying to cats up I’m 41 days behind and they call me 3 to 4 times a day on Saturday 2 to 3 times .

On 10/31/21 I received four calls from 800-900-5150. The first came at 10:21 AM Eastern (all times are in EST), I received a call from 800-900-5150 and it woke me up so I pressed the decline button on the phone. The same number, 800-900-5150, immediately called me back. The time was still 10:21 AM and I again declined the call. At 11:41 AM I was woken up again by a third call from 800-900-5150. I did answer that call, The caller asked me if I was someone else (the name was female), I said that I’m not that person nor do I know them. The caller then asked if I was another person (I don’t remember the name or gender); again I responded I’m not that person either nor do I know them. The fourth call from 800-900-5150 came at 1:10 PM. I didn’t answer that call either. At 1:10 PM I did call 800-900-5150 to advise them that they’ve called me four times in one day and I’ve already let them know I’m not who they’re looking for. Each time 800-900-5150 called me today, 10/31/21, I was asleep because last night I was up all night comforting my fiancée who is just recovering from sepsis. I have absolutely no clue who they’re looking for, my credit is unimpeachable. This is unacceptable.

I have a Liam through this company but they'll call. Then they'll email me. When I called back , they said my payment history was great and payments were caught up. Not sure why they constantly call
