I keep getting calls from 844-212-0182 saying that I owe money. I cancelled my account over 6 months ago and paid the final bill. They keep threatening to send me to collections but I have in writing that I have no balance and it is not going to collections. People who called have had horrible accents and want a credit card immediately and also ask for my full social security number to verify who they're talking to. They call at all times of the day and are harassing me about a bill that does not exist.
Had wrong information, ignored me when I said now is not a good time (feeding my son) transferred me over to someone else , who had me repeat myself 8 times. Ended up hanging up, because again, I was busy. Neither spoke good English.

I get a phone call at least daily from 844-212-0182, it isa recording stating something about Century Link,I do not have Century LInk.
I received a telephone call from 844-212-0182 today saying my mother who passed away on April 30, 2018, owes Century Link an amount of $72,26. She wanted a credit card and I said no. I told her that Century Link had been canceled in March 2018 because the house had been sold. We had placed my mother in assisted living at the end of January 2018, I canceled all the services and at the time I asked if my mother owed anything and they said the bills had been paid. Now they are saying this $72,26 is part of a bundle of Century Link and it is the Directv portion. I had canceled that service in March 2018 and called Directv and their accounting department stated my mother owed nothing. I am her oldest son. I was her power of attorney and now am the executor of her will. I refused to pay anything and said to the person, "Send me a paper bill so I can see how you arrived at this figure>. She also kept saying to me who is Douglas and who is Douglas . I replied well you are talking to him and my name is Douglas but how did you get my middle name? Over three years ago my mother had told Century Link that I could legally talk to them about her bills. But I never gave them my middle name. My mother had been diagnosed with dementia and congestive heart failure. Thank you and am quite concerned how this person who called me had all that information and immediately wanted me to pay the bill with a credit card and like I said earlier, I told her no!
844-212-0182 28 calls after I asked them to stop calling. It is a centurylink. two of the calls they left messages. I owed a bill. They were calling my cell phone using my minutes. How much percent does the attorney take out of the win if there is one and is there an open class action or class tort case for this!

This number calls me all day and night every single night. I have asked that they not contact me during my work hours or after 7 pm and they continue to do so.
Same number won’t stop calling and I’ve asked them to leave me alone
I dropped Direct TV, bundled with Century Link, I was going to keep Century Link though. Direct TV tacked on an extra month, just because they can, I was actually trying to pay it off, even though I felt I did not owe it. I guess I was not paying it off fast enough for them and Century Link dropped my service, they also added on fees. Through many conversations with them, (when you can get a warm body) I finally just requested the service be terminated and went with another provider. Now they are calling as often as twice a day. I have my phone set to automatically block that number, but the phone does tell me they tried.

THEY ASKED SENIOR CITIZEN FOR A SOCIAL SECURITY NUMBER WHICH THEY ARE NOT SUPPOSED TO DO BY PHONE OR EMAIL. VIOLATED THEIR OWN POLICIES. they will not fix the bill, take off overcharges and mistakes. their internet speed is slowest but we pay same as people who get 40mbps we only get 8 max if ever that but the bill is the same as faster speeds, cannot get them to fix / lower price and fix overcharges. can you assist?
They have called multiple times from this number. Also been calling my girl friend, multiple times on her number
