I purchased an automobile in September with the first payment due in late October. Chase Auto was listed on the document regarding insurance. My dealer was unable to contact Chase Auto. I have no contract number, address to which the payment is to be made or the ability to set up automatic deposit. I sent a check for $500 (the loan payment is about $400) and a letter with a copy of the Insurance page containing their name and address, requesting the necessary information. The following week I send $200 and a similar letter. The next week I repeated this. The next week I included with my payment of $200 and letter, a self-addressed stamped envelope with a letter to me with the questions - Account number; Address to which payments are to be mailed; Procedure, if any, for setting up direct deposit. To date I have received nothing. I just received a phone call from an unknown number (my phone volume is off at work and I happened to see it light up). I looked up the number and it came back via Google Search as a bill collector for Chase Auto. I want them to get me the necessary information and re-adjust interest and penalties because they have not provided me with the necessary information. I contacted the AAA, as required for my loan, and they want $800 to file for an arbitrator. I can request Chase cover my fees but if I go to arbitration, or court, it becomes a toss-up. Just yesterday they finally cashed the first check for $500. So far none of the other checks have cleared my bank.

I keep getting calls from 713-651-0559. When i I search it it says it’s a convenience store. My phone app says it’s a bill collector or spam. They call about 3 times per day!
