Due to many professional circumstances I am legitimately late on paying my business credit card balances. But preparing to make a payment in due time in the meantime, since the holidays and during the holidays, I have been harassed almost daily often with three calls daily from the same phone number and sometimes from another one. Often even calling while I am in the middle of business meetings.

Called me at 7 a.m. CT to thank me for a deposit? I questioned everything. Seemed peculiar was unaware of my account profile with Chase. I was skeptical and did not reveal much.

I have several chase bank calls me all the time capital one also calls me Nordstrom’s credit everyone and as well as speedy cash they’ll call me at least like seven times a day and back to back and I told him to call me on the weekends and I told him not to call me during certain hours none of them listen they’re very rude and condescending one lady from capital One had even threatened to sum me like I’m located in California. Also the county courts how old $124 she also threatened to sue me as well I haven’t received any letters stating how much money remaining balance is my last that I received from them was back in January until recently this month which was actually Saturday of last weekend so 21 May no other letters were sent to me

They constantly call me everyday. I just now got 3 calls within 2 hours with no voicemail left. Im tired of having multiple calls with no information to what the call is.

I have been receiving calls from this number numerous times a day and they never leave a voicemail, you would think that if this was chase bank they would leave a voicemail... and the one time I did pick up they could not verify anything even the test questions I made up that only chase would know. can someone please get back to me regarding what can be done about this matter? It's definitely harassment being called several times a day and night and no voicemail is left! Am I able to be compensated for harassment?

has called me non-stop. They never leave a message. I answered before when I had my previous phone # and asked them to remove me from their list or I will seek litigation. They did NOT stop. I changed my # recently, but they somehow obtained my new #. I got FIVE calls within just 8 hours from them today! Can anyone please make them STOP harassing me??

This is one of many numbers Chase is calling me from. It's very annoying to say the least. Especially since the amount "owed" is basically their service fees for overdraft on my checking account (which I told them I no longer wanted them to take autopays from for my car note, and they didn't listen. Seems like they purposely didn't disconnect the autopay option so they could charge me these fees...

They call me everyday, a lot of times at 8am and continue to call me while I’m at work. I told them I’d take care of it before the due date, but they keep calling. They already sent out a paper in the mail saying what I need to do. They don’t need to keep calling me.
