someone was able to withdrawal over $15,000 in unauthorized atm withdrawals in Texas while I was in ohio thus causing an overdraft to my chase account. I promptly disputed the charges with chase and filed a police report however chase refused to reimburse the stolen funds. I have all paperwork.

I have several debt collectors calling us. We of course would like to pay our debts, our business is just starting to pick up, our business really suffered from the covid shutdowns. Debt collectors always calling does not help to get them paid any quicker. How do we stop them from calling all of the time?

I left my company in 6/2023. I don\'t believe they removed me as a signer. However, the company continued to operate for a number of months after I left, and apparently the account was overdrawn approximately $750. Chase called me (from a different number ) and asked me to pay. Now, I am getting calls from 210-520-1454, which I have since blocked.

My personal account at Chase was compromised due to fraud , I had a fake a loan company send funds to my account I contacted my bank and they opened a new account for me and restricted my old account, when they created the new account they left the funds that were sent to me and I was told I didn’t have to give it back by the banker who helped me , now they are charging me.

I made calling chases customer support line while working with a art client, I was told their check was from their work, so I had assumed it was from their art company or maybe even a paycheck from their job that they had re-wrong to me, and I was informed from the customer support that it did seem weird and could be a scam. So I called again and got connected to chases checking and depositing customer support because I wanted to check that the check was okay to give my client change since I was only charging 270 for their artwork, and then chases checking department told that their checks were okay and cleared and safe to give them their change. So I gave them their change through Apple Pay. So at that point since I was told that the check was fine and had cleared I assumed everything was okay and then my client requested some frames and sent another check. Then the next day my account was restricted. So I called customer support again and was told that I would probably be able to get it unrestricted and that anything that hadn’t pended before the restriction would not be charged toward me so the apple payment would not go through if the checks bounced or were returned. The next day the apple payment had pended and then the check had returned and my account was overdrawn. Then I was told nothing could be done to dispute and remove the charge even though I was misinformed about the check and about the fact I was told the charge would not pend through since my account was restricted. Then I was I wired through to a couple more of chases customer service lines and I was informed my account was going to be completely closed. I was informed again that nothing that hadn\'t been pended through before the restriction of my account would be go through or affect my funds that I had previously. They ended up closing my savings account and my account that was overdrawn was still there and I was recently called being told to go in and that they were sorry that I ended up being scammed by a client and that I was misinformed by chase and was told again they would not be able to do anything and that I’d just have to come in and pay it off. I’m not sure if there’s anything I can do at this point but I’d love some advice to see if there’s anything I can do for when I visit chase in person this whole thing has been a mess.

I was given a check by a company that I deposited online to an account I had opened 6 weeks and not ever used. When I deposited the check I was able to sign in just fine, but when I tried to get funds updates Chase told me my account was closed. Thinking I made a mobile deposit to a closed account I deposited the sane check into my account at another bank. The check cleared Chase and I returned the money to the check writer via Zelle from Chase to their U.S. Bank Account. The check was only paid once. Chase then pursued that I owed them money that was returned to the check writer directly to their U.S. Bank account via Zelle. I do not owe Chase and the bank has insisted that I do owe the debt. They force closed my account before I could resolve the issue. It was my only transaction. The account holder worked with U.S. Bank and found out it was all on Chase’s end, as U.S. Bank did not request a recovery. The recover was initiated 4 months after it was paid.

I received a call from a chase number with chase caller ID, around the timeframe 8-11PM. This was right after federal taxes had came in and I had received mine of mid-to-late February, a chase “representative” had called me in regards of my account being inactive or in-operational do to fraudulent activity. I had no idea what they meant by that in the call and responded with “ fraudulent activity! How do I have fraudulent activity on my account.” They repeated again with the same line basically stating my accounts been compromised for a total of someone attempting to pull out $2000, the representative then further more was persuading me into making a transfer to myself using my current mobile number to chase's third-party transaction company(zelle), I’ve never had any problems with zelle since I had opened my chase account and this all began this day February 18th, 2022. The representative then had told me since this fraudulent activity occurred on your account, they would like to provide me with a step by step on there end to resolve the inactive portion of todays call to zelle transfer my money to myself using my current mobile number. I’ve never had a problem with zelle since I opened this account, I’ve used zelle many of times with completed transactions and no complaints. So at this point a red flag popped up I have a thousand assumptions going on in my brain at this point such as “so you found fraud activity on my account; prohibited it from occurring, now I have to transfer myself funds through your chase mobile app using my zelle!?” So I repeated it to the representative they went through the normal chase procedures before the call asking and using Personal Information for security purposes, I’m thinking it’s a normal call from my bank, normal questions that a normal professional representative from any main body bank would ask. So I repeated it back so I was understanding they wanted me to make a transaction to myself, so that calmed me down some, it’s through there mobile device, that’s fine as well. Chase is FDIC approved so I should be covered if anything bad happens during this transaction, ok fair play. I had a pop up on my account end in 8715 at the time, do you give authorization *my name to approved/disapproved this zelle transfer to *my name and my mobile number appearing underneath that security pop up. I had clicked approve the representative was still on the line with me, did not hang up after the money was sent, normally when I make a zelle transaction the money is sent within minutes of approval from the sender to recipient. The representative had asked if there was anything else they could do after the transaction was completed I hung up expecting my money to be transferred within the next minute or so, it’s late at night roughly 9-10PM, I’ve received no funds yet and it came out of my income taxes so I’m freaking out they really scammed me!! I tried calling back to find out a voicemail person pops up saying “these hours of operation are from so-so please call again tomorrow.” So I try to sleep it off I’ll call first thing in the morning when I wake up, no worries so I called gave them the spill on the incident they had informed me they would never call insisting I make a transfer in anyway to myself or others under fraudulent activity and sent me to the claims department the claim department had resolved the issue by issuing me a claim under pending approve of investigation but I received those funds already a week goes by I get the same call on the same issue but a different price instead of fraudulent activity for $2000 it was $1000 I call to inform my bank they gave me the spill again, I late that day check my account to find out the funds I had used a week later had not been approved under investigation for some reason it was not approved I was irritated at this point they took my income tax money and I got scammed why would it not be approved so they said “sorry it was looked at under investigation mr Warren but since you’ve approved via mobile on the transaction it’s out of our hands since it was a third party transaction” I’m freaking out because that was my federal and state income tax money just gone, I left it alone for a while a month or two just to get my mind off the fact I got scammed out of my tax money, to receive a call from chase caller ID at this point my trust with my bank that’s supposed to be FDIC approved is out the window stating I owe them for the claim reversal I said no I am not paying you for your services and I’m the one that’s scammed they said “we understand your situation mr Warren but we can reopen the case again if you’d like” I agreed to there terms and followed up on the reopening they opened and closed the dispute many times before coming up with the conclusion that I need to pay the reversal I’ve spoken to their security department for claim disputes to hear the representative had educated me on chase banks policy and they would never allow a transaction in the way… so after it closed so many times the representative had reopened the case just for them to close it again. A couple months went by it probably about April June this went down between the month February March on the incident and I haven’t received just yet on this dilemma on my life or my federal tax income just a claim I have to pay back and a headache out of months of fighting for who’s money it is, too the point where they had me merge a call with chase claims department and zelle customer service line, so they could resolve it nothing got resolved they both blamed each other on who’s fault it should end on but I had asked while I was on the phone with both of them since chase is my primary banking system isn’t chase supposed to be FDIC approved they had told me yes they are but since it’s a third party transaction it does not fall on chases end immediately the zelle representative stepped in and corrected this “representative” and told her basically “they should have full coverage for me since I’m the victim in this incident, and that this is a banking problem not, a app as a third party attribute to *emphasized your bank!” Long story short I’ve still received no justice for this scam and have 3 possible contact numbers associated with it that does not fall under the number online by via chase banking company, but still states they are representatives of it. As well as attachment proof of these transactions my account with chase has been closed and they call me today July 19th 2022 to discuss a payment method to pay their reversal from my federal income tax. No justice has been received I’m hoping I can receive my funds back in my new primary account and seek the correspondence I need. The number associated is 2105201454 San Antonio TX call time 9:23am yesterday morning on discussion of funds reversed back to the bank not myself.

Calling regarding a negative balance in my business account. I have tried to close this account but since I can't go into any local branch, I haven't been able to. None of my local branches will let me come in to close it, citing COVID-19 restrictions. I do not use the account for more than a loan repayment. I can't even get Chase to send me a functioning debit card so I am able to make a deposit outside of business hours. They have called numerous times in a day. Numerous meaning at least 18-20 A DAY! This is excessive and ridiculous for a less than $300 balance on an account that has been in good standing for almost 10 years.

Hi Matthew. Do you have a debt with Chase that they could be attempting to collect on? I can help to get those robocalls to stop. I will reach out to you or you can reach me at 312-224-4695 sooner. Thanks, Mike

I feel it's kinda odd that I file my taxes with turbo tax and requested my refund to be deposited to my chase account and now I'm getting these 2105201454 calls 3 to 4 times a day. Claiming they are chase trying to get my account pasword to log on to my online banking. When I have had chase fraud call me before and the only thing the ask for is my card number nothing eles not my exp date not the pin on the back of my card nothing. These calls need to stop its sunday and they have already called me 3 times today

This is a spammer!! Authentic calls will always leave a voicemail. Returning call to this number gets a poorly made recording and immediately requests your account information without giving any department choice options. This does NOT happen when calling an authentic Chase institution. This is a phishing scheme. Once you answer this number or try to return the call, they will call you every day, multiple times a day.

got a call from someone claiming chase but would not talk to me untill i gave them my password over the phone. i said i will not give you my personal pin and they would not talk to me. really? if its chase they could find out other ways other than using my secure pin that i use when calling the bank or my account. Half of all my calls now seemed to be robo calls or people asking for secure personal information. I simply hung up

This number, 210-520-1454 keeps calling, and the voicemails they leave sounds like an automated robo-voice.

This number calls me numerous times a day, every day including Sundays. A message is never left but they continue to call day after day, sometimes just minutes after they just called. It's bothersome and disruptive to personal and professional business matters that I am trying to conduct on my phone.
