I\'m going through a shit phase of no money in life as I work through some disability issues. Amex was reaching out to people on my Facebook account and calling them or otherwise getting in touch with them to try and get to me. Those people knew that they were trying to collect a debt whether they were told directly or not. We all found it quite hilarious because it just made no sense. I do have Chase calling me currently but I do owa debt I\'m more interested in learning how to get through this and you guys mentioned bankruptcy so maybe you might have some insights on that as well. But as I go through bankruptcy I would like to know what my debt rights are for sure and will happily let you sue any of them for being annoying. My mortgage calls at all hours, they know I\'m disabled currently and not making money. Amex never stopped called I think I had to block all their numbers. Even after I told Amex that I didn\'t have the money and I just flat I told him I couldn\'t. Even on that phone call they still kept battering me to accept the deal of just pay the max amount of money and be done with it. I had to just hang up on them because they weren\'t listening. There was never a chance to work out anything. Capital One reported against my personal credit even though that card was with an LLC which I just don\'t know if they can hit me like that my expectation based on prior research was that they could not. Chase is just winding up their attempts to poke at me. Is it worth a consultation call?

I have been receiving calls from Chase everyday from different area codes. It has been so frustrating, that every time I try ton reach out to them. I can\'t get through or when I try to chat, I get no response from them whatsoever. It has been getting stressful and I know I am behind on payments. But the account is closed now. It has happened with multiple lenders and banks and automated voicemails are left all the time.

Olivia called- here is message left: Message intended for Tina Stamper. This is Olivia Faller I\'m contacting with the collections department. We do need an update before Submission Takes Place at Jefferson. County courtsI will have to notify your employer as well as existing status of non-compliance contact my office at 210-265-6400. Goodbye. I Called and she claimed a payday loan from 2010 wasn’t paid- the electronic check was returned so if I didn’t pay immediately they would file wire fraud charges against me - a felony and I would be arrested immediately- I was under the influence of pain medication and panicked- signed their form via document-sign and paid 1496.00- once the panic settled and I had time to think about it- realized there’s no way a company wouldn’t have called me Before now- did google search- a found this phone number associated with this scam as well as as security scam- I am a nurse x 50 years - know a felony would end any hopes of returning to work as a nurse- have not been able to work since Oct due to unity- surgery- complications- feel so stupid for falling for this- have contacted my credit union to stop payment- unsure if it’s in time or not

I have never in my life owned a case card, never received a card but they claim I owe them money. I\'ve reported it 3 separate times as fraudulent and they won\'t stop calling me.
