Hi Chris. It sounds like you've picked up on a trick that they're trying to use on you when they call. If you need help in dealing with these calls and the things that they often do to try and get you to agree to what they're saying, give me a call. I have dealt with issues just like this with other consumers and I can likely help you too. I hope to hear from you soon. Thanks, Mike

Hi Rosie. It isn't illegal for any debt collector to call on weekends, they only have to abide by the rules of not calling outside of legally permissible hours and they cannot harass you. If they are, they could be violating your rights and you may be entitled to compensation. Let's talk more about these calls and your rights when I reach out to you. I look forward to speaking with you. Thanks, Mike

Hi Audrea. You can request that Chase stop calling you as well as request a debt verification letter from them if they are claiming you owe them a debt. This will allow you to see how much they claim you owe and then dispute the debt if it is incorrect. I can help you with this--reach out. I'd be more than happy to speak with you in a free, no-obligation consultation where you will have absolutely nothing to lose. I look forward to speaking with you. Thanks, Mike
