Hi! I recently had my vehicle repossessed, I paid the past due balance, called and they said I am not eligible to get my car back. My pay off balance is around $9k. I bought the jeep in 2018 brand new. So I am inquiring if there is a legal way to negotiate loan reinstatement. Thank you for your time!
