Cnac calls, emails and texts me non stop EVERYDAY. They are beyond rude when I do speak to them. They want to know every personal detail of my life and have even called my family. The day after I bought my car I was hit by a driver who ran a red light. I had never been in an accident before so while still at the scene I called Cnac because that’s who I had insurance through. They told me to let the police have my car towed to impound and that they would call me back on what to do. They finally called me days later and told me I can pick up the car. At this point it had racked up a $1,500 bill, I had to get it towed and do what repairs I could. They wanted to total out the car and leave me with nothing but a biweekly car note. This was 1 year ago and I still have issues with this car. The back door is severely dented in and the window won’t go up. They refuse to do anything about it.

Bought a car with cnac. Had problems with it. I had to come out of pocket. Now I\'m a few months behind on payments and their emailing me and calling every day a few times a day. I even paid when the car was broken. N had to buy another car

CNAC calls me multiple times a day and leaves multiple messages. Even on the day payment just came due. Harassing me to ask my family for money to pay my car payment. Asking me why I didn’t make enough at my job. It’s outrageous.

I have been paying my car note on time. And two weeks ago on friday and today i have a missed call from them. I am not happy because today is not over yet.
