Well I never got a call from or any letters stating that I owe student loans of 16,00.00 I only found that my taxes are being offset all of my tax return which is 3221.00. On my credit reports there is no mention of any kind of debt.
Please help me I can not have taxes offset remember I only look up my taxes an said that approved but was submission of a offset of 3221.00
Again please help we are closing on a house loan an I can not have any type offset or a judgment against me.

Coast Professional called me the other day but did not leave a message. They work with government and student loans which unlike a private debt can be garnished from Social Security payments. I have never been to college so I don't have student debt. At best my identity could have been stolen.

They took my full refund, and I was not notified AND I had called the offset 800 from the IRS BEFORE I did my taxes just in case and there was NO WAS NO OFFSET on my refund and till this day it still says I have no holds/offset on my refund. I also have called this number on 3/1/19 and they're not able to give me any info that I had to call back today 3/4/19 --- I have been calling them since 8am, few times I have been just hanged up on but most of the time they don't answer!

They actually never called me but they took my tax refund without one notification. I never received a call, an email nothing they just took my money which I was going to use to get a place to stay. My complaint my not qualify but it's a major complaint nonetheless.

Coast Professional just called me about a "business matter" from October. I don't have any business matters. I haven't had any for years. The woman wanted my SSN and DOB. When I wouldn't give it to her, she still refused to identify herself or the company. (I got the info from my Caller ID) The call ended when I told her she was scamming me. She did NOT deny it and then hung up on me.
