Hi Devin, is Conn's call you on your cell phone? If so, and you told them to stop, you have a case under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Under the TCPA, you can get $500-$1500 per call! You are not alone. Look at page 19 of this report. You'll see how many times Conn's called Ms. Stevens in Florida. Conn's has been know to weaponize their phone system. Calling consumers hundreds of times is absurd. I will help you. Thanks, Mike.
Hi Maria, is Conn's also calling you on your cell phone? Either way, answer the next call and tell them to stop calling. If you're only getting calls on your work phone, and your work phone is a landline phone, you won't have a claim under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. However, depending on what state you live in, you may have a case under state law for harassing phone calls. Let's discuss your rights and options further on the phone. Thanks, Mike.
Hi Jessica, it's Conn's blowing up your phone. You're not alone. Here's a situation of a woman in Florida that received a barrage of phone calls from Conn's: "Tonya Stevens of Tampa, Florida purchased some appliances from Conns Appliances, Inc., a Texas company, in late 2014. Although she was making her payments, they were not always on time. Nevertheless, over the next fourteen months Conns called Ms. Stevens on her cell phone 1,845 times, over one hundred times a month, often as much as eight or nine times a day. These calls were made despite Ms. Stevens’ repeated requests that Conns’ agent stop calling. During one call, she said, “I am at my grandmother’s death bed, quit calling.”
Hi Beth, have you told Conn's to stop calling? If not, you should. Answer the next call and tell Conn's to stop calling. If Conn's continued to place robocalls to you after you say stop calling, you will have a case under the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Conn's has been hit with TCPA awards in arbitration for over $100,000.00. Let's discuss your situation further on the phone. I'll call you. You can always reach me at 312-224-4695 or at

Hi Lukisha, This number calling you seven days a week is Conn's. The complaints on the BBB are through the roof! I've helped a bunch of consumers stop harassment from Conn's. I can help you too. You may be entitled to money damages under the robocall law called the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Thanks, Mike.
Hi Maisha, 800-838-8434 is Conn's. If they leave you messages, please save them. Also, please create a call log with the dates and times of the calls. This will all be helpful information if you decided to pursue a case against Conn's based on the Telephone Consumer Protection Act. Under the TCPA, you get get money damages for robocalls. The damages are either $500 or $1500 if the calls were willful. Have you told Conn's to stop calling? If not, you should do that the next time they call. Pick up the next call and tell them to stop calling. If COnn's is texting you, text them back and tell them to stop calling. I can also help you stop the calls. I can also talk to your partner to ease her mind. Thanks, Mike.
Hi Sherri, Conn's is ridiculous. 3 days late and they're already starting to blow up your phone? Please save the text messages, call logs, and voicemail messages. I will help you stop the calls. Have you already asked Conn's to stop calling? If not, that should be the first thing you do. Answer the next call and tell them to stop calling. Or, text them back and tell them to stop calling. I can also help you send them a cease and desist letter. You have federal rights to protect you from these robocalls. Also, depending on what state you live it, you may be protected by a state law. We'll discuss all of this on the phone. Thanks, Mike.
Hi Ayaunna, The number 800-838-8434 is from Conn's. Conn's is relentless when it comes to robocalls. Blocking the calls only sort solves the problem. As you mentioned, your voicemail still fills up quickly. When Conn's leaves you messages, are they from a live person or at the messages prerecorded / computerized? Either way, I will help you stop the calls. I'll call you so we can discuss your rights and options under the law. You can also reach me at 312-224-4695 or at

I am only a few days late on my payment and they have literally called me at least 50 times in the past 4 days. I have spoken with an agent and even made a payment arrangement and they are still calling. And the sad thing is every freaking time I answer the call the line drops.
As of this writing, I am 14 days past due and the calls are nonstop and there is at least 1 one collection text to my phone with a completely different 800 number. There are at least 7 calls a day and I am only 14 days late as of today!
