Hi, my name is Brandi. I have a loan through credit acceptable. I've set up auto pay and they call me up to twenty times a day even tho we may take out payment. When I do answer they are ride and threatening. Make our payment. They tried repoing my car due to our bank account being hacked and the payment didn't go through so e day they tried repoing my car I contacted them and made the payment and fixed the auto pay but they are still calling nonstop. I'm actually at work I just happened to come across thi s website and thought I'd see what I could do about it there is anything I can even do!

Hi, I was in a car accident, my car was not working properly, after I picked it up from Capitol Body Shop, Ridgeland, MS. The Body shop did not call me to pick up the vehicle. They body shop fausly called my finance company Credit Acceptance, so they picked it up. I am paying Credit Acceptance 100.00 a month for this misleading information. They constantly harass me about this even though I am paying them. It is very annoying. Credit Acceptance did not call me until after the fact also, it seems that they were trying to get money out of me. The towing and pick up cost me 2000.00 for this false information!

My name is Marty. I cosigned a loan for my daughter and now an receiving 10 calls per day from the this company when the loan is even a few days late. Its the acceptance company you talk about in your add. Just wondering if 10 calls per day is excessive and I thought there was a law or rule that collection places cant call on weekends. Thank you!

We purchased our vehicle on 5/24-spoke with a rep from Credit Acceptance after purchase to opt-out re:privacy notice. Per our contract and Customer Service we have 10 days grace period. We have received 119 calls within 4 days. They even called on our unlisted emergency phone. I asked them to cease and desist from harassing us at all hours-day and night. Hung-up on us. My Husband is a stroke patient and gets confused-sometimes, we have 2 phones ringing at the same time. I will pay with-in the 10 day grace period but they started calling on 6/24. Please help-thanks you!

313-263-1170, THIS NUMBER CALLS ME MULTIPLE TIMES A DAY, BREAKING FDCPA LAWS, THEY ALSO CALL ME OUTSIDE OF DEBT COLLECTION CALL TIMES 8AM-9PM PER MY TIME ZONE. I HAVE A CAR LOAN WITH THEM, SET UP ON AUTOMATIC PAYMENTS, SO THERE IS NO REASON TO CALL ME AT ALL, BUT THE NUMBER OF TIMES THE NUMBER CALLS ME A DAY IS HARASSMENT, THEY ALSO DO AUTO ROBO CALLS NON-STOP, THEY ARE BREAKING SEVERAL LAWS WITH THE CALLS AND COLLECTIONS, WHEN MY PAYMENTS ARE MADE ON TIME, THEY ALSO REPORTED TO MY CREDIT THAT I AM LATE EVERY MONTH , I HAVE MY AUTO PAYMENT SET UP ON THE 10TH OF EACH MONTH WHEN MY PAYMENT IS NOT DUE UNTIL THE 23RD EACH MONTH SO THERE IS NO REASON TO CALL ME AT ALL, ITS HARASSMENT, AND AGAINST THE LAW

I have auto payments set up, have since day 1, and have never missed a payment. They call constantly!!! I do not answer phone calls, at all, unless I know the number. (so if you reply to this please do so by email)

For the past two and a half weeks they call me daily between 10-15 times a day, harrasing me about the loan i had with them but I traded my car in to the dealership and they were advised byvthe dealer the day i bought another car, they refuse to handle issues with dealer and instead call me daily and are very rude and telling me they are coming after me, told them to not call me as I don’t have the car , was traded and there is nothing i can help them with.

I got a little behind on my vehicle when I got pregnant. I set up automatic payments for them to take $91 a week and I am now getting multiple phone calls from them. They're rude and I'm tired of dealing with the stress. I just got back on my feet and I make more than my monthly payment to start paying off what I got behind on. I'm just sick of it.

I have the same problem, they told me to set up my payments on autopay and I would not have to worry about it. Now they are harrassing me. I am trying to get back on my feet and they are rude and ugly on the phone!

I keep getting repeated robo calls from Credit Acceptance. I block their numbers, but they get around it. This is annoying and harassment!

Credit acceptance keeps calling me about a debt from a car that was wreaked and not our fault and was a repo do to car not running and having to get a new one. Anyway I told them I didn't have the money and they keep harassing me. Thank you
