I got a call from CRG telling me to sign online and input card information to settle a potential court case against me from wells fargo. Is this a scam or true?

I also got a call today from CRG, all they would tell me was we had a civil lawsuit against us with an upcoming court date on behalf of Allied bank. I don\'t even know who Allied bank is. They had full name, DOB and last 4 of social.

I got phone calls for a company called CRG I LITERALLY GOT THREATS AND CALLED ALL KINDA NAMES AND I HAVE IT ON RECORDING THEY ARE LOOKING NOT EVEN FOR ME ACTUALLY MY DEAD FATHER LOL BUT THEY CALLED ME OVER N IVER N MADE ALL TYPE OF OBSCENITIES

This company is calling me and relatives saying that I owe them money from 2014/2015 and proving people with my last four of the social. When I called them back and stated that I didn’t open any accounts in 2017 with the company. Then they are listed old addresses to me then after I said they may have a fraudulent account they are like “well good luck in court” and hung up . They call a lot from different numbers and now harassing people with my last name.
