Hi Trina. Do you have a record of Dealer Services calling you? Are they calling before 8am and after 9pm? Those are the hours they are not permitted to call and if they do so, they could be in violation of the law. They called me to sell me a car insurance, I gave a down payment but the documents I received did not seem proper nor professional in anyway, it was just a pamphlet. We tried to communicate with them to cancel before the first payment but the company never answers the phone and when they do, they keep me on hold forever and nobody answers back. Now they keep calling me to get payment and I had to call the bank to block them from take money from my account. But they took it anyway, so the bank canceled my card due fraudulent withrawal by this company. This number called the day before this company took the money from my account.

I'm getting calls and voicemails from 877-466-3200 about my vehicle service contract. I dont have a contract with them. They wont stop calling me.
