Some woman claiming to be a \"legal representative\" from Kemper & Associates keeps harassing me stating I owe money from a payday loan company that doesn\'t exist. I am well aware of fair debt collection practices in which she stated I was going to go to court. Her name is ROSE JOSEPH and she calls from 770-954-8852. Please take this scammer down.
