I am being harassed, I get up to 4 hang up calls a day from them, my daughter has told them I don't live here and she will give me the msg and they still call. Just last week they tried to transfer my husband to the "authorization" dept to confirm switching, he isn't an authorized user, the acct is in my previously married name. He repeatedly said no, he has nothing to do with the bills and finally hung up when they tried to transfer him. I spoke to a rep and was told I would be put on the do not call list, the calls kept coming. I spoke to Joy Boyd Tues, 4/24/18 and was told I had only been put on the electric do not call list, but not the gas, so she added that. I do have my electric with them (until my contract is up). They are still calling my house and hanging ease help, I don't owe them any money, they are trying to get me to switch my gas service, but they don't even leave a MSG - is this legal? I filed an informal complaint with PUC, but haven't heard back yet. These are just unwanted sales calls that I want to stop, I am sure I'm not the only one they are constantly calling and hanging up. I have an electric contract with them so I guess that makes me fair game, but are they allowed to continually call day after day and hang up if the machine picks up?!

Someone from this number has been calling me daily ror the last 3 weeks. I'm getting tired of these harassing calls.

Someone from this number has called me 2-3 times a day over the last few days. This morning I answered the call. They tried to confirm who I was and then hung up!
