8774104634 keeps calling me. I have DirectTV as a provider but have not contacted them w any service issues and so they have no reason to be calling every day. It’s intrusive and annoying. Other than blocking the number, is there anything I can do or entitled to?

I received the same call. The caller (Rudolph) said he was from DirectTV and was offering a 3 month free trial for some movie channels (564 to 573). I am always suspicious, so I went along with it for a bit. I told him I was worried that i would forget to cancel and I would get charged later. He said he would be in touch before it expired to make sure that would not happen. And I could always cancel by going to the website to remove that movie channel service. I said ok. Figured there was no way for me to get actually screwed. I was expecting him to ask for my credit card number (if it was a scam), but he never did. maybe because i asked so many questions. I just went to check/watch that movie channel. it is some crappy channel of junk, pay per view, not even movies. So, apparently, i scared him off with my questions.. Avoid this kind of call. And if you ever get a call where people are trying to give you something for free, DO NOT EVER give your credit card number or SSN or bank account info.

A number claiming to be “Direct TV” keeps calling. Today I answered one from 877-410-4634. It was some offshore caller claiming I would be receiving Direct TV channels 563 and above “free” for three months. When I said “I do not want any channels which will then end up costing me money and furthermore my service is thru ATT NOT Direct TV” they hung up on me. Lastly, there is NO channel 563. Anything above that is the adult and porno channels. So annoyed!

We’ asked them to be removed. It’s all a farce. I have their # blocked but it still rings and I’m sure they have many other numbers to use.

Repeated phone calls from Direct TV to my cell phone. No response on other end when I pick up. I have been receiving about 2 to 3 calls per day for about three weeks from 877-410-4634 I have not saved every call stamp on my cell phone!

I get a call from this number at least twice a day. I'm told it is directv. I am a current customer, but my bill is current. Maybe they cam still harass me daily since I'm a customer, but I'm fired of it. When I do answer, there is no one there. If I call it back I can reach no one. Make it stop!
