I have been receiving incessant phone calls from 866-636-0534, sometimes someone being there, most times the call being dropped if answered. They have called (from most recent to oldest) in the past 4 weeks at the following: 21 Jan 2020 8:10 AM; 9 Jan 2020 8:16 AM; 2 Jan 2020 8:13 AM; 30 Dec 2019 11:47 AM. Any time I am able to talk to individuals, I ask them to remove the number as it is not for a valid account, and it is ignored. This is ABSURD that these companies are getting away with being able to "robocall" people like me, who have never had any reason to be dealt with by their business. It would be helpful to get some assistance in getting them to stop this harassing behavior.

I received a call from them today. I offered what money I have left to make payments on my account but they declined that they couldn’t accept that low of a payment. It’s really all I can afford at 30 dollars on a 400 dollar bill. They declined my offer and said they had to have a payment this month. I already pay out more then what I make to credit card companies house payment car payment. Why couldn’t they take my 30 a month
