On Oct 24 2023 I cancelled my services with Frontier Communications. I waited for the box to return their equipment and returned it within a month. They sent me a bill in Dec for $102.99 which included a reshelving fee of $50. 3 months later I get another notice saying I owe an additional $106 which was not indicated in my online account with them. When I called them to see what the additional fee was for they said for equipment that was not returned I told them that it had been returned but they didn\'t see it and asked me for the tracking for something that was returned 4 months prior I didn\'t have it and tried to call the company that was used to return the equipment and they couldn\'t get a tracking number without a QR code which was by now no longer available. On the bill I received in Oct it stated that there would be a $200 fine for equipment not returned but I supposedly owe only $106 the numbers don\'t match if the equipment was not returned then why was I charged $50 for reshelving of equipment that they say wasn\'t returned. I have sent a money order to Frontier for the amount supposedly owed but still have been getting calls from Eastern Account Services. I would have let it go but they have reported it to my credit report which I have been working very hard to get my score up just for them to hit me with that. When I answered their call it sounds like a scam and they ask me for my credit or debt card which I\'m not giving them that .
This place is harassing me and my husband for a debt that was never mine. When I spoke to someone, he was rude, made very inappropriate comments to me. I have reviewed my credit report and there is nothing that marches the information he gave me. I am working with a law firm to pay off all my debt. They didn\'t have anything that matched either. STOP CALLING ME AND ANYONE ELSE ASSOCIATED WITH ME OR I WILL FILE A FORMAL COMPLAINT AGAINST THIS PLACE.
I don\'t have any outstanding debts that would be sent to collections. But they\'ve called me twice now. I haven\'t picked up the call just hung-up.
I ended service with Frontier Communication and sent their equipment back. The account was for my deceased father. It\'s not even in my name. A fee was charged for \"equipment restock\". They turned it over to collections. I\'m receiving daily calls from Eastern Account. The number they are using is 800-750-6343.
This number has called me at minimum once a day and they won\'t stop.
I received many calls from Eastern Account System, they said that I owe Comcast $38, but I have cancelled the interest connect service provided by Comcast, and it shows no outstanding payment of my account in Comcast\'s website, can you help me stop the call from Eastern Account System?

Hello Felipe. If you're getting calls from 800 750 6343, you're likely being contacted about a debt that you may owe to Eastern Account System. It is possible that they are not the original owner of your debt, so you would need to contact them to determine why they're calling and for what debt. +1 (800) 750-6343 is calling me every day at 2:17PM for a week straight. I am not aware of any unpaid bills under my name. My phone number above is invalid, I will provide it if necessary
A Harry Smith calls often from 8007506343. He is very rude and request to speak with my mother in-law who has dementia and my husband has legal guardianship and POW of her. They will not state why they are calling wont give any form of info. We explained the situation and they told us to fx over our POW and documents to a fax # 2034269630 as we didn't fax anything. They continue to call!

This number calls me 7-8 times DAILY!
I have received 15 calls from this number just today. At three different times throughout the day they have called and called more then they take a break and start all over again at a later time. 12:03 to 12;05 they called 4 times. 3:34 to 3:48 they called 4 times and it is now 5:15 and just a few minutes ago they called 7 times in a row as well. Last evening around 6:30 they called 9 times in a row.
