I got a letter dated 02/07/2024 with Fifth Third letterhead. The content was something about Cease and Desist Confirmation. I noticed the bank had not sent my payment info to make my payments for a few months now. My payment is always made and never missed any . When I called to inquire the person was rather rude and hung up on me.

Hi, I read through your reviews and saw that you were able to help with removing negative information from the credit bureaus. I applied for Home Assistance through Fifth Third Bank in September 2018. They didn't start the process until October after I emailed and called three times to initiate . They denied my request but did not inform me that the non-payments would be reported. I then submitted a request to have my escrow removed to lower the payment in November. I called in three times and did not have the request received until December 28th (after submitting the last week of November). I submitted multiple requests and continued to receive calls from this number. I'm just a little frustrated that my submitted requested were not received or reviewed after multiple attempts but they continued press for money even though I was doing my part in contacting them. I'm not sure if this is something you could help with as far as removing negative info from my credit. Thanks, Michael!
