Exceptional Experience

Mike Bertucci handled my case professionally and successfully. Lakisha Joshua took time to understand my case with the utmost patience. Both Mike and Lakisha, in my opinion, are true assets to Agruss Law firm.

I had this number call me twice today. I googled it but I didn\'t know who they were. Your ad came up. I didn\'t answer the phone as I was in the middle of filing for disability. Are they illegal? I\'m confused. I usually block such numbers. I have well over 100-200 such blocked numbers.

Hello Lisa. Debt collectors can find the contact information for most anyone online and they often do so when they can't get ahold of the original debtor. It isn't illegal to do, but they do have to follow certain rules when they call. Let's talk more about the FDCPA and your rights when I give you a call. You can also contact me at 312 300 5996 sooner if you need to. Thanks, Mike

The following number; 855-478-6384 is making calls to my sisters home in regards to something involving myself. I am have called them back and it was evident that they were just on an information fishing expedition. My sister is dealing with the death of her father in law as well as the deteriorating health of our aging mother. How these individuals obtained her home phone number as a way to contact me is a mystery. But I would like it to STOP. Thank you for whatever relief you can provide. Best regards, Lisa

Hi Shianne. Have you ever been served court documents about the case they are calling you about? If you haven't, the cannot put a lien on your bank account(s) and they are also not permitted to threaten or harass you over a debt. Doing so is a violation of your rights. Let's talk about these calls you're getting at your place of employment and how we can help you to make them stop. We will reach out to you, but you can always contact us at your earliest convenience at 888 572 0176. Thanks, Mike

Hi Adrian. That number is associated with First Financial Asset Management. They are a legitimate third-party debt collection group, but it sounds like they pretended to be Geico to get you to answer, which could be a violation of the law. If you would like to speak about this further, you can give me a call at 888 572 0176. Thanks, Mike

Hi Kathleen. This is a similar story that I have heard from many consumers who are dealing with First Financial Asset Management. Fortunately, you can make the calls stop and determine if what they're calling about is legitimate or if you are dealing with a scam. I can help you and I will give you a call to discuss how. Thanks, Mike

They called me telling me I had to pay $3,500 for an accident I was in over 2 months ago. The accident was not my fault so I disputed this, but I'm still receiving calls.

Random robo-calls at all hours, received a letter claiming I owe $5000 for an accident I was in over 18 months ago. This is the first I am hearing of owing anyone money, and the amount seems ridiculously high. Not sure what to do!

This number calls me along with other Cincinnati based numbers, other known as ‘First Financial Asset Management’. They contact/harass me about a insurance debt/subrogation claim. I’ve spoke to one of their representatives on this claim case and feel and know he was trying to do some unlawful and shady things upon gaining payment for this debt!
