about 2 months ago, my Finance Company went into my bank account and took out 500.00 without authorization, I never gave them my card number, nor did I have auto pay. The calls to my phone and job phone were outrageous totaling more than 100 calls. I contacted your firm but no one got back to me, please if you cant help me don't just leave me out there with no where to o.

After my wife called and requested a quote from Geico, and giving the representative our info / bank info, the quote was significantly higher. My wife said to the rep that we were not interested and that she would speak to me about the quote and they can call back on Tues. On tues. the Geico rep called me, and I politely explained that we were not interested based on the quote. At that time I hung up. I then received 18 calls in a row from the same 1800 number from Geico while at my place of employment on my personal phone consecutively with the call being hung up on and called back again. This tied up my phone for 10 minutes while in a meeting. This behavior has forced me to put any and all attempts from Geico to use my bank account info to obtain any funds from my account. Although we denied their offer, we are concerned this behavior and their rep having our account info can cause us a problem. I considered reaching out to our AG office and the BBB, but saw your info when I looked into this number to see if it was a legit Geico rep. Thank You for your time on this matter!
