Real Reviews From Real Clients

Exceptional Experience

Mike Bertucci handled my case professionally and successfully. Lakisha Joshua took time to understand my case with the utmost patience. Both Mike and Lakisha, in my opinion, are true assets to America’s Consumer Lawyer.

A woman called my mom phone looking for a uncle ,my mom brother we have no contact with whatsoever in another whole state. She was asking questions and we couldn’t answer. She kept asking did he still stay where he stayed and plus more but the craziest thing she was calling every body in Mississippi looking for him she even called an older cousin looking for him. She was confused and worried because my mom has another brother with the same name but different middle names and she wasn’t giving her all the information.

General Revenue has been constantly harassing me to pay my student loans. I was working through Navient to pay them off but I fell behind some hard times. The calls are non-stop and they have even started calling my family. The breaking point came when they contacted me at my place of work threatening me if wage garnishment. ON MY WORK PHONE! I had to oblige, and spent 30 mins on my business phone to address the issue. I work in a cubicle environment and was completely embarrassed!! I would like them to stop calling family members and Calling me while at work 5+ times every single day!!! Can you help? I can’t immediately answer my phone. I am at work from 9-5:30 central time but, if the timing is right I can call back. Email is the best contact during the day. Thank you! Bentley

General Revenue has been hunting me down to pay my student loans. I was working through Navient to pay them and yes, I am behind but, the problem I have is they are sending documents to an out of state address from over 6 years ago and it is a long story how I found that out and now they are calling looking for my mother whom as passed away and is currently harassing my relatives to find me. They found my stepdad and that is how I got their number. All my information is up to date with Navient so, I don't understand why they can't find me if they need me. Also, I would like them to stop calling random family members and sending letters to complete strangers in regards to personal financial issues. Can you help? I can't immediately answer my phone. I am at work from 9-5:30 central time but, if the timing is right I can call back. Email is the best contact during the day. Kelly
