Was contacted by a collection attorney with Goldman, Walker LLC regarding a commercial debt backed by a personal guarantee. The attorney is only known as Mr. Wells. He was very threatening when I contacted him regarding our outstanding debt. His actions led to a settlement agreement with our client to be rescinded by contacting our client and disclosing our account information in full detail. I feel that his actions are a violation of FDCPA.
