I've been called by Harris & Harris Robocalls to my cell phone as far back as 5/4/17. Since 12/28 I've received 36 calls to my cell phone. They've left the same 28 second automated voicemail 16 times. I did ask them to stop calling me some months ago. I am looking for that call in my phone records, but haven't been able to locate it quite yet.
