I have been getting calls from 855-783-0012 constantly and have explained to them that i am not in any position to pay in full and their payment plan is not flexible, I am a single mother. Also, the recovery is for healthcare all because the insurance i was under became ineffective and no notice was given prior!

I do NOT wish to be called by anyone. Please use email for all correspondence.
I went to the emergency room last april and received a bill from a private provider who came to evaluate me while I was there. I could not pay the bill (154.00) as I am disabled and do not work. I set up a payment play with this agency and they continue to call me up to 4 times EVERY DAY. They are getting the money they requested but continue to call me looking for more. This is harassment and it needs to stop!

855-783-0012 is calling and harassing me. I also receive several calls a day from another company Portfolio Recovery Services, not sure if you can help with that as well. What can be done about this? How can you help? The best way to contact me due to my work schedule is text message or email.
