How are you, nice to greet you: I am Carlos, from Córdoba, Argentina, I was the holder of an account no., from Hsbc Bank, at the Coral Gables branch In 2012, the HSBC Bank suddenly closed my account, without giving me any reason, and without notifying me. A few weeks later, I received at my address check No. 500210307 "Account to close", for US$ 9,530.86, which was the balance of my account at the time of closing. When I called the Hsbc Customer Service, they told me that my account had been closed, without further ado, and that the check received was for the balance left in my account. Given my concern that I could not cash that check in Argentina, they told me that I had a lot of time to cash it, since those checks issued by the same bank Hsbc, when they closed a client's account, did not have an expiration date. Throughout these years, he tried to collect it by all possible means, always receiving the same negative response from the Banks, since it had to be a personal account to deposit it. Last year, I open an account at the TdAmeritrade bank in the USA, I send them the physical check by USPS mail, and they tell me that they cannot credit it, because the check is expired, and they advised me to talk to the issuing bank again . I did so in numerous calls, where they ratify me that despite the fact that the check is not expired. When I ask them to send me a new check, they tell me that, due to the time that has elapsed, they cannot validate my personal data. Faced with this situation, I called the Hsbc telephone service in Spanish, and they recommend that I contact the branch there, since due to the time that has elapsed, they could not validate the information, so that they can send a new check. So I couldn't cash my check, and he couldn't get a new check sent in its place. Now, for health reasons, I urgently need that money. Algunas semanas después, recibí en mi domicilio el cheque Nro. 500210307 "Cuenta para cerrar", de U$ 9530,86, que era el saldo de mi cuenta en el momento del cierre. Cuando llamé a Atención al cliente del Hsbc, me dijeron que mi cuenta había sido cerrada, sin más, y que el cheque recibido, era por el saldo que quedaba en mi cuenta. Ante mi inquietud de que yo no podía cobrar ese cheque en Argentina, me dijeron que tenía mucho tiempo para cobrarlo, ya que esos cheques que emitían el mismo banco Hsbc, cuando ellos cerraron una cuenta de un cliente, no tenían fecha de vencimiento. Además que el cheque podría ser cobrado depositándolo en cualquier cuenta personal de terceras personas, en un banco de Usa. A lo largo de estos años, intentó cobrarlo por todos los medios posibles, recibiendo siempre la misma respuesta negativa por parte de los Bancos, ya que tenía que ser una cuenta personal para depositarlo. El año pasado, abro una cuenta en el banco TdAmeritrade de Usa, les envío por correo USPS el cheque físico, y me dicen que no lo pueden acreditar, porque el cheque está vencido, y ellos me aconsejaron que vuelva a hablar con el banco emisor . Asi lo hice en numerosas llamadas, donde me ratifican que a pesar de que el check no esta vencido. Al pedirles que me envíen un nuevo cheque, me dicen que, por el tiempo transcurrido, no pueden validar mis datos personales. Ante esta situación, llamé a la atención telefónica en español, del Hsbc, y me recomiendan que me comunique con la sucursal de allí, ya que por el tiempo transcurrido, ellos no pudieron validar la información, para que envíen un nuevo cheque. O sea, que no pude cobrar mi cheque, ni él logró que me envíen un cheque nuevo en su reemplazo. Ahora, por motivos de salud, necesito contar de manera urgente con ese dinero. Tengo muchos registros de los reclamos exigidos ante el HSBC Mi numero celular es , tengo Whatsapp, y Telegram, si el contacto es en español, se los agradezco.
