Called me saying that they are caresoursce insurance, medicaid, ohio. They said I am due a refund. They had a Spoof Number:
937-741-4415. Dayton Ohio area. I am a retired Sheriff’s Sgt. i knew better. Many calls from this group they use spoof, fake voip, numbers. You can get one free from google.

Arc has called me for several weeks wanting to get benefits for my daughter. Has continued to call about a letter they supposed to have sent to me. They are ringing my phone and leaving voice mails non stop and tying up my messages. Non stiop and I’m being harassed by them for weeks They won’t stop. I have never given them
Permission to contact me and don’t want them I would one er give my daughters info to any of them. Scammers

I received a suspicious call from a company called Human Arc on behalf of Sempatico?? And the recording stated the following: We may get you cash benefits for your child and to call to determine eligibility. Please call us at 866-569-5076 between 9 a.m. And 7 p.m. We look forward to speaking with you as this extra income. May add significant value to your household? Once again, the number to call is 866? 569-5076. Thank you."!

Human Arc has called us twice saying they are representing United Healthcare and they can get us money for our daughter (they use her name) and that we are to call them back.

They keep calling me. I let answering machine take the call.I answered first time the number came up, They said the represented AHCCCS OF AZ. They asked me did I receive their letter, when I said no, I asked them not to call me no more. I have been called 5 times starting on 6/2019 to 7/17 19,Cox has a documented record of it .Human Arc & Gold Canyon Az Id on the numbers

Human Arc works on behalf of health plans such as Staywell (and many others) to help their Medicaid members gain access to benefits that they may not even be aware they are eligible for. The health plans pay us to provide this help. We do not get compensated from the people receiving the benefits, unless they are no longer a member of the health plan.
The health plan sends letters to the members about this service.

They just called me stating they were calling on behalf of Staywell to help my daughter in regards to a letter we were sent. We were never sent a letter. I googled the numbers and did not answer. They left voicemail.

They keep calling asking to verify both of my children’s personal info.. they won’t transfer me to a supervisor or verify who they are other than by name.. no company license , place of incorporation, responsible party, they won’t verify if they are or are not a 501c3 or what their designation is.

I keep receiving phone calls from (208)608-5469, (208)639-1354 saying that Human Arc is representing Molina and may be able to get me more money and to call them back at (866)569-5076. I have received two in the last two days. I see that you have Human Arc on this link: https://www.agrussconsumerlaw.com/866-569-5076/ and that I can stop their harassment. However I can pursue legal action TO MAKE THEM STOP, I am all for it. Please let me know what you can do to help. THANK YOU!
