-hi I moved out of my apartment due to my neighbors commiting burglary in my apartment and threading my life when I called the cops. I asked my mangement to move to another apartment, or break my lease or block this neighbor and his friend from coming to the building all three request was denied on email. I had no other option but to rent an apartment as this man and his friends lived right next door. I then moved out and only came back when my lease ended only to find I was locked out. I then got my things and left. Now my unpaid rent is send to collection. I need help with this debt
I keep receiving calls from Hunter Warfield re a debt from owed rent. However, I paid a guarantor and have an agreement. I would like to know my rights and how to stop the harassing calls.
Have been receiving calls and voicemails from a number requesting a call back to 844-440-2806. Never left a company name. Just the callers name. Finally called back to request they stop calling, when the rep informed me that they the debt to be collected is for an apartment complex that I never signed a lease for.

September 21st (TWICE in one day)
voicemails from (833) 669-0169:
September 21st (TWICE in one day)
Every time they leave a voicemail I receive this message: “Good afternoon this is Jon Nicholson. If you could please return my call at (844) 440-2806 extension 4659.”
I have never gotten any correspondence from my old apartment complex in the almost two years I have been out of there and suddenly my Mom got a generic letter in the mail saying I owe $1,125 from hunter war field. No break down as to what it is I owe. I am so upset. The guy stated that they have been trying to reach me via email. I checked there isn’t anything there. I know that my account with the old apartment was closed out. I don’t feel I owe this and am really upset that they are trying to say my credit will be ruined when I finally am fixing it. I am a mess and scared.
They’ve been calling me almost every day for the past week or so. They’re claiming I owe over $1000 to a past apartment complex when said complex has never contacted me for such. This is bogus. I have had previous contact with the complex and they’ve never reached back out to me saying I owe anything. The last time I paid they said it was my final bill besides a water bill that she, the property manager, would contact me for. I’ve heard this number is fake and a scam. It seemed fishy when I got the call anyways. I just want them to leave me alone if that’s the case. I’m going to reach out to the complex tomorrow to check on the situation but I bet this is a scam.
I was evicted from a property last September with a judgement against me the property owners have inaccurate accounting information and now I'm being harassed by this debt collection agency with incorrect amounts of what I owe. They are beginning to call too regularly.
We received a bill for the amount of $7,612.93 with inaccurate information provided on the bill and it claims to be from a collection agency called Hunter Warfield. The apartment complex hasn't even billed us yet and i understand it to be illegal to send to collections without billing and a chance to pay. We were in the complex mentioned for 4 months with the rent amount of 695 per month. And a 50 dollar late fee for each month not paid therefor we werent even there long enough to accrue $7,612.93 anyways. The security deposit was paid in full. Plus we carried rental and pet insurance as waz required by them. The number provided for them is (844) 440-2806 this number has been calling my fiance and i nonstop for 4 weeks now. Never leaves voicemail and never says anything when the call is answered. The website provided is www.payhwi.com there is no other website provided. The corporpate company for the hawthorne park apartments complex is called hailey residential and this "collection notice" claims the creditor as "hawthorne park" with creditor account number as "E46" which was the unit we lived in. During our time there the conplex management team violated their portion of the lease and took illegal actions multiple times; breaking landlort tennant laws. Therefore we moved out while they claimed it as evicting us even though they did nothing through the courts. We have documentation of the actual lease and and notices given to us along with photographed conditions that we were dealing with there that they refused to take care of!
