I got my car back from being repo\'d. They said my next payment was April 1st. I went to pay it online & had difficulty pulling up my account because they froze it so I\'d have to call them. So I called, unfroze my account but it said I was paid to date & my next payment s due May 1st. I confirmed this with the person online & was told everything looked good till May 1st. After that approx 2 or 3 weeks later I got an email stating my payment was late & I need to pay a double payment. Ever since their robot or whom ever calls me umpteen times a day. I have not missed any payments except the incident mentioned. I didn\'t have a job back then but I do now & my money issues are finally getting situated! Thank God! They have sent me letters in the mail from collections, called & called & called. I refuse to talk to them just because I don\'t appreciate how they\'ve made me feel. And one other thing is when I got my car back I had to pay 4 months worth at one time. In their system it shows as 1 payment of the 72 I was contracted in agreement to pay, not 4 payments. Something just looks wrong with that, and it may be me but I honestly don\'t know or understand how some of the financials work. Up until the car was repo\'d I had no issues with them. When I ran in to financial hardship & asked for some reprieve & explained my problem, they had very little compassion. If possible please respond to me in text because I am not always available to talk on the phone plus it\'s just easier for my old brain to comprehend & remember what you\'ve said & what my options are. Thank you so much!
