Inc., Transworld Systems

I am a military spouse currently living overseas. But I am a legal resident of Texas. Transworld Systems is trying to collect from me on a closed account, and turned me over to the treasury offset program. However, I was never notified about anything in writing, and was never able to confirm or dispute the debt. They call me daily, and I today I did tell them to stop calling. However the person that called tried to continue the conversation anyway. I feel like I should have more protection not just under SCRA, but also just the poor way this was handled by Transworld doesn\'t seem right either. I would appreciate advice on how to move forward, if possible.
